Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligible for return or exchange:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery (online purchases) or 14 days of purchase (in-store purchases)

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (nonrefundable)

Final sale - no returns or exchanges:

  • Vintage items

  • Swimwear

  • Intimates

Returning by mail:

Please include a note with your name, order number, and reason for return, and send to:

Returning or exchanging in-store:

Bring your item(s) and receipt to our Livingston location within 14 days of purchase. Eligible items will be refunded to the original payment method or exchanged for a different item. If exchanging for a higher-value item, the customer pays the difference.

 

Shipping Information

All items will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. There is an option for local pick up / delivery if you are in the Livingston / Bozeman area!               

Orders will ship within 5 business days.                    

Parcel Tracking is included.

The shop uses pre-used / recycled packing materials when available.
