A Casa Bosque collaboration with Russ & Daughter, an NYC institution founded in 1907  by Joel Russ, a Jewish immigrant from Poland who peddled a pushcart until he saved enough to open his first shop in New York's Lower East Side in 1914.

Today, Russ & Daughters remains a culinary icon, world-famous for the highest quality food and Jewish delicacies. The original shop on East Houston Street is enshrined as a historical landmark and continues to provide the tastes and traditions of a true New York experience.
