Wheel-thrown stoneware Cafe Mug. The Cafe Mug has a tapered base, wide mouth, and squarish, comfortable two-finger handle. Perfectly modern, great for fancy lattes, and easy to stack. It’s a new favorite around the studio.
Each of the OMO Cafe Mugs hold approximately 10-12oz of liquid and stand about 3.5” tall.
Omo Ceramics are thrown and trimmed on a wheel and fired in a gas reduction kiln to Cone 10. The gas reduction firing process results in lots of texture and variation within and among pieces — this is part of what makes them so unique. They use nontoxic materials, always. Pots are dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand-washing with warm soapy water and drying on a stable rack. This will make for happy, long-living dishes.
