Emily is a functional wellness coach passionate about helping women feel confident, balanced, and connected to their truest selves. With over a decade of experience as a health educator, coach, and athlete, she brings a holistic approach to well-being, focusing on movement, mindset, and sustainable habits. Emily is also an adjunct professor at Montana State University and the founder of First Tracks Wellness.
